Our annual Yankee Bandle fundraiser has started!  You can purchase Yankee Candle catalogue items from any band member, or go to the online store by following the link.  A portion of the proceeds will go to the WMHS Band.

The Homecoming Dance will take place on November 22nd. All students must have a new Dance Contract for this school year on file with your Class Advisor. Please don't wait until the last minute. Tickets ($15.00) will be sold according to the following schedule: Wed. 11/13 and Thursday 11/14 Seniors only; Friday 11/15 - Juniors and Seniors; Monday 11/18 - Sophomores, juniors and seniors; Tuesday through Thursday - all students.

No dismissals allowed. This dance will be a sell-out so get your tix early.

There will be a meeting for any 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade girls interested in playing basketball this winter in Coach Sullivan's room, D216, immediately after school on Thursday November 7th!  Please see Coach Sullivan if you have any questions!


Winter Sports
FamilyID will open today for athletes to register for the winter sports. All athletes need an. up to date physical on file. You can check in with the trainer Megan if you are unsure if you have an up to date one. 

There will be a Boys hockey meeting Wednesday 11/13 after school in Cafe for any candidate wanting to try out. 

The Asian Culture Club/ K-Pop Club has meetings every Fridays after school in room H306 (Mrs. Beecher). New and old members are welcome!

embRACE will be holding its next meeting/Thanksgiving party on Wednesday, November 20 at 2 PM in the Faculty Cafeteria (C212). Members---please remember to bring in some type of food item (snack, a side dish, dessert, etc.) to share!
embRACE is a diverse and inclusive group of WMHS students of different races, immigration statuses, religions, cultures, and ethnicities. It is a safe space for challenging discussions and topics that affect the lives of students of color and their peer allies. Our goal is to spread awareness as well as attend and host events on issues surrounding race, culture, heritage and more. 

The support group for those living with a loved one diagnosed with cancer or who has lost a loved one to cancer is meeting Friday 11/8 4th period of the day in the main office conference room.  New members are always welcome.  See Mrs. Baccari with questions.
