Winchester Hospital Community Health Needs Survey - We Want to Hear From You! Winchester Hospital, in conjunction with all the hospitals in Lahey Health, is conducting a community health needs survey to better understand the most pressing health-related issues facing the community. The information collected will help us develop a health improvement plan to address the most pressing health needs, and guides our investments in community programs and services. Your input is extremely important to us!
