Winchester Hospital Community Health Needs Survey - We Want to Hear From You! Winchester Hospital, in conjunction with all the hospitals in Lahey Health, is conducting a community health needs survey to better understand the most pressing health-related issues facing the community. The information collected will help us develop a health improvement plan to address the most pressing health needs, and guides our investments in community programs and services. Reeves Elementary School is home to one of the Woburn Preschool Programs. Our classroom is taught by a teacher who is certified in special-education, as well as a
paraprofessional. The program and curriculum are designed to meet the needs of all of our students and is based on the Massachusetts Common Core Standards.
